If you are in need of a new one, we do offer one deadbolt lock, the Valterra Deadbolt Lock for RVs # L32CS3108. It looks like this has a much shorter deadbolt than the part you mentioned, so some modification would definitely be required in order to use it.

You will see around the 16:10-16:50 part of the video that the bolts are pushed up against the frame to hold them in place while the washers, lock washer, and hex nut are tightened and then later torqued on.
